Since our journey began in 2013, we have been driven by a single, powerful idea: development with purpose. What started as a bold dream in construction and real estate has grown into a transformative force with diversified subsidiaries across Ethiopia and beyond - creating opportunities, delivering infrastructure, and shaping communities. Over the past decade, we have grown from a single construction firm into a pan-African conglomerate of 47+ subsidiaries, united by our mission to deliver affordable, high-quality housing and infrastructure while fostering economic growth and national development.
